I updated the bios to f.09 838b via hp support - no improvement. I bought a new HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-r0xx - and after the regular updates done by hp support assitant and windows updates , I noticed the fans are working too noisy even when the cpu is running at 5-10 %, I do not play games or use any other application that might force to run the system at full speed.
